The UK is a place where many nations and cultures live together. Not all UK residents can fully enjoy access to all financial products and state benefits, despite being legally entitled to it. Many are disadvantaged by the inappropriate level of English they speak.

We believe that regardless of language skills; an equal access to financial products, including claiming benefits, should be available to all individuals.
