The fight for jobs has become fierce as never before. Jobseekers often have limited opportunities to gain the right work experience.

Public Financial Services recognises the jobseekers’ need and offers them financial apprenticeship. Apprentices will gain the practical financial experience, skills and knowledge, while at the same time, earn commission on the work they do.

Features of the financial apprenticeship:

• The PFS recruits UK nationwide and offers flexibility in working patterns.
• During the apprenticeship period candidates work as Financial Consultants under the umbrella of PFS.
• Financial Consultants help PFS’ clients with their financial issues, including claiming for the UK state benefits.
• The commission earned by Financial Consultants depends on the service provided. The current tariff varies form £30 to £85 per appointment, on average there are 2-3 appointments per week.
• In terms of qualification, we recommend studying towards CeFA (Certificate for Financial Advisers) and/or CeMAP (Certificate for Mortgage Advisers). Please refer to the website for more information: www.ifslearning.ac.uk/qualifications/register.cfm
• The cost of the apprenticeship is £35 per month. However, apprentices who achieve the CeFA or CeMAP qualifications will be fully exempted from the fee.
• After the apprenticeship period, candidates are offered a business contract by the PFS to represent the company as Financial or Mortgage Advisers.
• All business stationery, including business cards and leaflets are provided by the PFS.

• Good command of two languages, one must be English.
• General knowledge and experience about claiming UK state benefits is desirable.
• Financial qualifications are welcome, however candidates may start financial training during the apprenticeship.

• Candidates must not be convicted of any crime previously.
• Integrity, honesty, business ethics and fairness are expected.
